Thank you for shopping with Kaya Soaps! All of our products are handmade in small batches in Columbus, Indiana. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Because every Kaya Soaps product is handcrafted with care, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are carrier-calculated and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The rate is based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Kaya Soaps ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Special Handling for Handmade Products
Our soaps, bath soaks, and skincare products are made with natural ingredients and packaged with care. To protect your order during transit, we use appropriate protective packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
